1 Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in this document have the following meanings:

• "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in the user's account.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• ৳42,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times (10x). Withdrawal will be permitted after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each person may claim each promotion only once.
• ace657 reserves the right to modify the associated terms at the time a bonus is granted.
• Bonuses claimed through abusive or fraudulent methods will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• ace657 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a system fault.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, which is impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or device fault, ace657 will resolve the situation according to server logs. ace657 is not liable for losses of this kind.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and in the event of a violation, the account may be cancelled and the balance forfeited:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ace657 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity.
• In accordance with a court order or regulatory directive.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may inform ace657 via live chat. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however the bonus balance will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

• ace657 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• ace657 is not responsible for system outages caused by third-party payment providers.
• ace657 is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, or cyberattacks.
• The user is responsible for ensuring the security of their own internet connection and device.
